We accept the deal with Procedure as specify bellow: (if you are not agree with the procedure please do not issue any LOI and waste your time because you will not get any respond from our side)
SELLER’S PROCEDURE:
1)The buyer issues his official request (LOI) based on the public SCO and sends it to the official email of the supplier through his official email.
2)The supplier issues the FCO and sends it to the buyer.
3)FCO is stamped and signed by the buyer and sent to the supplier.
4)The supplier sends the name of its seller company and the official email of the seller along with the raw ICPO format to the buyer.
5)The buyer fills the ICPO based on FCO and confirms it by his bank and then sends it to the seller.
6)The seller arranges the contract and sends it to the buyer.
7)The buyer studies, completes, stamps and signs the contract and sends it to the seller.
8)The seller issues PI.
9)The buyer stamps and signs the PI and sends it to the seller.
10)The buyer starts issuing the At Sight LC by ICPO, contract and PI at the time specified in the
Description:
At Sight LC is the only type of LC which is accepted with the supplier and the seller (per min quantity).
More than one shipment (25.000 MT) the buyer issues revolving at sight LC for the first part of product with these positions: operative, unconditional, irrevocable, assignable, transferable and confirmed without notification or presentation to us and without the payment of any transfer fees and negotiable at the counter of seller bank in the favors of the seller.
We understand that any and all offer and/or contracts are subject to successful Seller verification of funds availability. We hereby give our written permission for the Seller to conduct a soft probe of our account and that our Bank has been informed to this effect.

2- در صورت به حد نصاب رسیدن اعضاء و یا تامین سرمایه مورد نیاز با شما جهت طی مراحل آتی تماس گرفته خواهد شد

4- شروع پروژه
از آنجائیکه طرح ساخت این پروژه ها و مالکیت اعضاء تقریبا مشابه تعاونی های مسکن میباشد، قیمت تمام شده هرمتر مربع برابر است با :
هزینه پرداختی از بالت خربد زمین
هزینه های دوران ساخت: برابر با خالص هزینه های انجام شده خواهد بود
هزینه صدور اسناد مالکیت
درصدی بعنوان کارگزاری و مدیریت طرح: این هزینه از سمت خریدار با توجه به ارزش افزوده هر واحد و فقط پس از اتمام و تکمیل پروژه براساس فرمول زیر دریافت خواهد گردید
کارمزد ما= (هزینه های ساخت-قیمت کارشناسی )* ضریب تک رقمی
این مرحله صرفا اعلام آمادگی متقاضی جهت خرید و مشارکت در پروژه است و در این مرحله پرداختی صورت نمی پذیرد.
درصورت رسیدن متقاضیان به حدنصاب لازم، از اعضاء به ترتیب اولویت پیش ثبت نام دعوت بعمل خواهد آمد و هم زمان عملیات پرداخت و انتقال سهام(انتقال سهم زمین) به نسبت سرمایه انجام خواهد پذیرفت.
الف- با توجه به اینکه هدف به سرانجام رساندن پروژه در حداقل زمان ممکن میباشد، لذا در هر مرحله ای که متقاضی در بازه زمانی اعلامی موفق به پرداخت اقساط دوران ساخت نگردد، متقاضی جدید جایگزین خواهد شد.
ج- انتخاب موقعیت واحدها و پارکینگ با توجه به زمان ثبت نام و زمان واریزی ها میباشد(البته ضرایب قیمتی برحسب موقعیت اعمال خواهد گردید)
این مجموعه در راستای پیشبرد اهداف خود، نیاز به یک خط تولید نو و یا دست دوم خوراک آبزیان(بصورت اکسترودر)با ظرفیت حدود 400 الی 500 کیلوگرم در ساعت دارد.
